Rebekah originated in small New England town where she was undoubtedly the black sheep of her family. While everyone else was out fishing, quohogging, and food-getting, she found love in her VHS Collection of MTV’s Music Videos. Like most 80s kids, this prompted a lifelong infatuation with media, culture, and Microsoft Paint. Growing up in Cape Cod, Australia, and attending film school at Emerson College, Rebekah learned to use writing and visual mediums as a way of connecting with and understanding different cultures. After forcing her brother and friends to act in her “films” she made an assumption that Hollywood couldn’t really be that much different. Since making the trek out west, she has carved out special niches in every corner of entertainment, amassing 10 years of experience in commercial, film, music video, and VR production. Through those outlets her writing has taken form in pieces for fashion, beauty, fine art, music, TV, film, sports, and food. Her current muses are Snake Plissken, George Sand, and Pierre-Auguste Renoir.
