Youngest of three rambunctious boys, David’s first career was in music. He went on to study Fine Art at Dundas Valley School of Art, then graduated with honors from the Ontario College of Art and Design. He’s worked as an award-winning art director and designer at major ad agencies including BBDO, Ogilvy, FCB, Leo Burnett and Saatchi & Saatchi. A love of film and photography, as well as an expressive approach to typography, is evident in all his design work. David approaches every treatment as an expression of the director’s vision, unique to the product and the approach. An avid cyclist, David has traveled to 50 countries, photographing all of them and bicycling through many of them. Never one to turn down local cuisine, David has sampled snake, bat, zebra, warthog and yak. David’s muses include Errol Morris, Brian Eno, Alfred Hitchcock, George Barris and David Foster Wallace.
