CINEMATOGRAPHY
The cinematography itself echoes humanity’s innate connection to nature, the very thing we draw inspiration from. Tones present are those of the elements: gray hues of falling rain and fog, blues of a stormy sky, deep browns and rust clay of the earth. Our cameras capture each scene in a controlled manner, combining sweeping camera movements for wide, ethereal driving shots cut with locked-off frames that showcase art-directed detail. Use of the Phantom Flex 4K slow-motion camera on set will be essential in capturing heightened moments without compromising quality.
We will shoot mainly at dawn and dusk with anamorphic lenses that provide an ultra-wide aspect ratio, texture and flares and serve to enhance the film’s cinematography significantly. Every main storyboarded shot is supported with additional B-Camera footage, which serves to add optional depth during the post-production process
